What I am introducing now is the result of reinterpreting a traditional food made by combining Cheongju’s famous walnuts, dried
walnuts, ginger, and Pu’er tea

in a more healthy way.

It’s called the old-fashioned traditional walnut jeongga,

but now we’ve applied for a patent for a special recipe, and now we’ve built it
under the name of walnut dangan.

The manufacturing method is different.

So, because the manufacturing method is very different, we applied for a patent,
and then there are other things like this on our hands,

but we don’t have anything like that on our hands, it’s just neat.

Now, it’s from a specific region, but the result is that it’s made in Cheongju,
so it’s a specialty of Cheongju.
